11 cases were reported in 1943 in the schools, the distribution
being as follows:—

Derwentwater 2

Roman Catholic 1
Of these cases, diagnosis was confirmed in 6 cases—none of
these children had been immunised.
Diagnosis of Diphtheria was not confirmed in the only
immunised child notified.
