Tuberculosis.
Particulars of new cases and of deaths from the disease during
1943 are given below.
95 cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis and 19 cases of other
forms of Tuberculosis were notified during the year.
There were 45 deaths from Pulmonary Tuberculosis and 8 deaths
from other forms of Tuperculsis.
The following table gives the age incidence of new cases of
tuberculosis in 1943 and of deaths from the disease in the area
in 1943.
