(2)—Tuberculosis.
Particulars of new cases and of deaths from the disease during
1941 are given below.
98 cases of Pulmonary Tuberculosis and 16 cases of other forms
of Tuberculosis were notified during the year.
There were 35 deaths from Pulmonary Tuberculosis and 5 deaths
from other forms of Tuberculosis.
The following Table gives the age incidence of new cases of
tuberculosis in 1942 and of the deaths from the disease in the area
in 1942.
