MEDICAL OFFICER OF HEALTH
FOR THE YEAR 1925.

To the Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors
of the Borough of Acton.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
I beg to submit the Annual Report for the year 1925, on the
health of the Borough, together with the work of the Public Health
Department.
The report is a Survey Report which has to be submitted every
five years. The Ministry of Health has issued a Memorandum
as to the contents and arrangement of the report, and as far as
possible the suggestions contained in the Memorandum have
been adopted. For these reasons the Report is longer than the
ordinary Annual Report, and certain activities of the Council
have been considered at length.
The following table is a summary of the vital and other statistics
for the year 1925.
