CANCER.
Fifty-two deaths occurred from Cancer or Malignant
Disease. This is exactly the same number as occurred from
Cancer in 1909.
The ward distribution of the disease was as follows '

COUNCIL LABORATORY.
The equipment of the Council Laboratory was completed al
the end of October, 1910.
The following table gives a statement of the work done at the Laboratory since it was opened on October 15th, to the end of the year.
