DRAINAGE.
Soil Sewers were constructed in Emanuel Avenue, Priory
Road, Palmerston Road, All Saints' Road, Hereford Road,
Shajimar Road, and a portion of Acton Lane.
INSPECTION OF THE DISTRICT.
Regular inspections of the District have been made.
Houses unfit for human habitation have been closed,
nuisances arising from offensive trades have been repressed.
In conclusion, I append a report of the Sanitary Inspector,
