Return made to the Board or Guardians and Ministry of Health on the. 9th February, 1927, by Mr. George H. Bassett, Vaccination Officer of the St. Marylebone Parish, respecting the Vaccination of Children whose Births were registered in St. Marylebone, from 1st January to 31st December, 1925, inclusive.
