Ophthalmia Neonatorum.
This disease—inflammation of the eyes in newly-horn children—made notifiable
by order of the London County Council in 1911, continued to be so during
the whole of 1926, new regulations with regard to it coming into operation on

during 1926. During the year in certain of the schools, one or more classrooms were closed on account of measles.
