BACTERIOLOGICAL EXAMINATION OF FOOD.
During the year 17 samples of milk, 1 of condensed milk, 2 of Bovril, and 4 of
ice cream were submitted to the Council's Bacteriologist (Dr. Eastes) for
examination.
Of the milks, 10 were found to be "good," 2 "doubtful." and 5 "bad." All
the other materials were favourably reported upon.
