Two brothers were summoned in respect of these samples, the first was fined £2 and 12/6 costs in respect of 1029 and £1 and 12/6 costs in respect of 1030. The other defendant was fined £2 and £3 3s. cost in respect of 1029 and £1 and 12/6 costs in respect of 1030.
* This sample was taken direct from the cow before milking was finished hence no proceedings were instituted. A further sample taken when milking was finished, upon analysis proved to be genuine.
