The following is a statement of the articles steam-disinfected during the year 1907 and the previous year. No complaint of damage has been received by the Department :—

The vans were used 476 times in 1907 ; 451 times in 1906.
LONDON COUNTY COUNCIL (GENERAL POWERS)
ACT, 1904. (Section 20 (1).
During the year 1907 11 Statutory Notices were served on
the owners of premises, representing 43 rooms, in respect of
which the Medical Officer of Health certified that the house or
part thereof was infested with vermin.
In each case the Notices to remove the wall paper from the
walls and take such steps as were necessary to remove the vermin
were promptly complied with.
