Births and Deaths.
During the four weeks ending June 29th, there have been registered
203 births and 121 deaths—equal to a birth-rate of 20.3 and a death-rate of
12.3 per thousand. The mean death-rate for the corresponding period during
the previous ten years was 14.4 per thousand.
QUARTERLY SUMMARY.
During the March quarter there have been registered 661 births and 478 deaths. These births and deaths are divided among the four sub-districts as set forth in Table V. One hundred and ninety-four of the deaths were extra-parochial as follows:—
