Prosecutions under the Public Health (London) Act.
The Owner of 317, Regent Street, was summoned for
neglecting to obey a notice with regard to a defective drain.
A magistrate's order to do the work within 14 days was
granted.
Mr. J.W. West of Harley Mews North, was summoned
for doing Sanitary Work without giving notice and also for
not executing the work in accordance with the London
County Council bye-laws in respect to Nos. 19 and 20,
Harley Mews North. The defendant was fined 10s. with
2s. costs on each of the four summonses.
