The week ending May 12th was dry and of moderate temperature.
Minimum temperature, 45.08; maximum, 75.58; mean, 56.08. On one day
only slight rain fell (0.04 inch). Winds, easterly. Sunshine, 14%. Mean
barometer, 29.8 inches.
The week ending May 19th was fairly sunny. Minimum temperature,
36.08; maximum, 74.08; mean, 53.58. On two days slight rain fell
(0.11 inch). Winds, N.E. Sunshine, 39.5%. Mean barometer, 29.6 inches.
The week ending May 26th was unsettled. Minimum temperature, 42.08;
maximum, 64.08 ; mean, 54.28. On four days rain fell (0.6 inch). Sunshine,
20.2%. Mean barometer, 29.9 inches.
The week ending June 2nd was warm and rainless. Minimum temperature,
44.28; maximum, 73.08; mean, 58.48. Winds, S.W. and N.W,
Sunshine, 34.0%. Mean barometer, 29.9 inches.
