PREFACE.
The following report is the usual summary as
required by Statute of the Sanitary administration of
the Borough of St. Marylebone during 1903. It gives
in tabular form all essential facts as to the work of the
Sanitary Office and the statistics of disease and mortality.
The first of this series of reports was issued in 1880, the
present is therefore the twenty-third. Throughout the
whole series the original form and arrangement has
been maintained.
