To the Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors
of the Metropolitan Borough of Hampstead.
Mr. Mayor, Madam and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit to you the Annual Report for the
year 1917.
I desire to thank the Council and Chairman and Members of
the Public Health Committee for the support and encouragement they
have always accorded me and also to express my appreciation of the
earnest efforts of the Public Health staff (permanent and temporary)
for their able assistance and co-operation.
