The housing condition of the Borough is not at all
satisfactory and a considerable amount of overcrowding still
exists. In spite of the large number of houses completed little
improvement in housing conditions has resulted in the
congested areas.
During the year, 3,261 Intimation Notices and 1,200
Statutory Notices were served.
I am, Ladies and Gentlemen,
Your obedient Servant,
J. B. HOWELL,
Medical Officer of Health.
