Aroma | Informal | Consisted of caramel colouring powder. | These samples were acquired because of the apparently misleading labels. The manufacturers were requested to comment upon the opinion expressed by the Public Analyst, and several consultations took place with their representative with a view to the design of new labels which would comply with statutory requirements. Proposed revised labels were subsequently submitted to and were approved by this Department. |
