Thirty-nine certificates were issued during the year.
DEMONSTRATIONS AND INSTRUCTION IN MEAT INSPECTION.
Two hundred and twenty-one persons from various training centres received instruction.
Six naval officers received training in meat inspection at Central Markets, Smithfield.
