EXPORT OF MEAT.
Thirty-two certificates were issued during the year.
DEMONSTRATIONS AND INSTRUCTION IN MEAT INSPECTION.
One hundred and ninety-one persons from various training centres received instruction.
Fourteen naval officers received training in meat inspection at Central Markets,
Smithfield.
