(2) Inquest, held on 21st September, 1925, concerning the origin, cause, and
all the circumstances at the burning on the 18th September, of Byron House,
Nos. 2 and 4, Finsbury Street, City, E.C., at which the jury returned a unanimous
verdict to the effect that the cause of the fire was unknown, and calling the attention
of the City Corporation to the defective electrical installation and the need of such
being brought up to date.
