The two instances mentioned in paragraph (c) above, refer to cream for consumption on
the premises, purchased in refreshment rooms where no declaration as to preservatives in cream
sold there was given either by exhibited notice or statement on the bill of fare.
Action taken in respect of these contraventions is reported in paragraph 1.
