The percentage of diseased meat seized was the lowest yet recorded in the City.
TUBERCULOUS MEAT.
An account has been kept of the meat seizures during the year on account of
Tuberculosis, and of the diseased meat recorded above, 23 tons 8 cwts. 2 qrs. 24 lbs., or
20 per cent., was found to be tuberculous.
The percentages during the five years 1906, 1907, 1908 1909 and 1910, was
29, 56, 54, 50 and 18 respectively.
