FISH SUPPLIES.
241,187 tons of fish, of which 177,892 were land-borne and 63,295
water-borne, were received at or near Billingsgate Market daring the year.

Table: Of the above, 193,821 tons were consigned to Billingsgate Market, the remainder, viz., 47,366, being delivered at the salesmen's shops in the neighbourhood of the Market.
