No. 3	9th Dec.	Billingsgate Market	Bruinisse, South Holland.	Three of eight had bacillus coli communis in numbers. Two others had some other kind of bacillus coli.
No. 4	Do.	Do.	Do.	One of eight had bacillus coli communis in numbers; one other had bacillus coli in small numbers.
No. 5	Do.	Do.	Brouwershaven, South Holland.	Two of eight had bacillus coli communis : one in numbers, one less so.

No. 9	15th Dec.	Billingsgate	Do.	Eight were examined with the following result:—Seven had bacillus coli communis in numbers. Two of four specially examined had the spores of enteritidis sporogenes. I consider these distinctly sewage-polluted.
No. 10	21st Dec.	Monument Street	Do.	Of eight mussels examined one had bacillus coli communis in small numbers. One other had some other kind of bacillus coli. None have the spores of bacillus enteritidis. One of four specially examined has streptococci. From this, I think the mussels of fair quality, considering that mussels, as a rule, are dirty feeders.
No. 11	1904. 2nd Jan.	Do. (Implicated in 3 cases reported from Wandsworth.	Hadleigh Ray	Of eight mussels examined four contained bacillus coli communis in numbers. All contain spores of bacillus enteritidis sporogenes. These mussels are dirty inside and outside.
