prophylaxis, based on the findings at periodic general medical inspections. These figures
may be compared with the separate estimates, prepared for the Ministry of Health, given
on pages 62, 63 and 64.

The increases in the percentages vaccinated against smallpox (compared with 1961)
are doubtless a consequence of the outbreak of smallpox at the end of 1961 and the
beginning of 1962.
