In addition the female welfare officers attended clinics at St. Paul's, St. Mary's, St. Thomas' and London
hospitals and at H.M. Prison, Holloway, and followed-up persons defaulting in attendance at these clinics.
Health education
Health education activities followed the general lines of recent years—the direct approach
to individuals being supported by divisionally arranged group lectures and displays and
centrally organised exhibitions and campaigns.
