III. The Table on page 32 is in a somewhat different form from that
adopted in previous years and now gives a general survey of housing conditions in
London and the action taken with reference thereto by the metropolitan borough
councils under the Housing Act, 1925, and the Public Health (London) Act, 1891.
Detailed inspection of the premises subject to the bye-laws regulating the Poultry
business of a slaughterer of poultry have been completed, and the number of such slaughtering.
premises entered upon the Council's register in now 61.
