The classification 1, 2, 3, refers to good, fair or poor in regard to clothing, cleanliness and condition of teeth 4 in nutrition = malnutrition. In vision l=normal vision f in both eyes, 2=6/9 in
either eye, and 3=6/12 or worse in either eye. In mental condition l=good or fair, 2—dull or backward, 3 = mentally defective.
