MILK SUPPLY
Milk (Special Designation) Regulations, 1960
The following licences were issued in respect of the years 1961/5 in accordance
with these Regulations-

Milk distributors on the register and

REGISTRATION OP POOD PREMISES
The number of premises registered in accordance with sections 16-18 of the
Pood and Drugs Act 1955, as being used in respect of storage and sale is as
follows:-
Ice-cream 610
Meat and meat products 170
Fish frying 34

Details of the nature of all samples are shown in the following table:-

All unsatisfactory informal samples were followed by the taking of a formal
sample. Two formal samples were unsatisfactory and in each case a warning letter
was sent.
