BLIND PERSONS
The Public Health Department was aware at the beginning of the year of 62
blind persons living in the borough, and during the course of the year two further
cases came to our notice, making 64 in all.
During the course of the year three died and three moved out of the district ,
A visit was paid in every case. The environmental conditions under which
they were living were satisfactory, but in three cases a notice was served to
remedy a sanitary defect.
