Pharmacy and Poisons Act, 1933.
The following applications were received during 1951 for retention oi entry in the
Council's list of persons entitled to sell poisons included in Part II of the Poisons List:—

Closing and Demolition Orders.
Closing orders were made during the year in regard to 170 basement rooms and 10 other
rooms which were unfit for human habitation.
Sixteen closing orders were terminated, the owners having carried out the appropriate
work to render the rooms fit for human habitation.
