I am, moreover, sincerely grateful for the help which I always receive so readily from
the Town Clerk, the Borough Engineer, the Borough Treasurer, the Housing Manager and every
officer of the Council.
I speak not only for myself but for every member of the Public Health Department,
for we realise that our achievements are but an outcome of the deliberations and encouragement
of the Council we serve.
