(11) Inspection of other Premises where Food is
prepared or offered for sale
The Food Inspectors have kept all such premises
under regular and frequent observation, 1,949 Inspections
being made for the purpose.
(c) Adulteration, etc.
800 samples (394 formal and 406 Informal) were
submitted for analysis by the Public Analyst, of which
18 formal and 15 informal were found to be adulterated.
