On Friday, February 5th, the Tuberculosis Dispensary was closed at 39, Oakley
Square and moved to Barnes House, Camden Road, where it was re-opened for patients on
Monday, February 8th.
The many advantages of the new premises include more hygienic construction, better
appearance, more central position and increased accommodation, which provides for a second
consulting room, a record room and separate rooms, instead of a single one for office and
laboratory work. The additional convenience and efficiency made possible by these improvements
have been much appreciated by patients and staff.
