The Borough Council's Dental Clinic, 40, Argyle Square.—At this, dental
treatment is provided for the mothers and children attending the various Maternity and Child
"Welfare Centres.
No charge is made for extractions, fillings or scalings; but the patients are required to
contribute what they can reasonably afford towards the cost of dentures.

Consultations have been held twice weekly, and the work done is summarised in the following table:—

£284 6s., of which £176 3s. 6d. was paid by the mothers themselves, £36 by the Borough
