Held (by Ridley and Avory J.,T., Pickford J. dissenting), reversing the
magistrate, that although up to April 4th, 1912, the pipe in question was a
sewer it became a drain repairable by the respondents after that date, since
the approved system of drainage of more than one house by a combined
operation had then been carried out.
