the defendant kept his carts and vans, viz., 3, Churchway, St. Pancras. was the
place where he carried on his business within the meaning of the Orders;
and, there being no penalty imposed on a person merely for "selling" milk
in the district of any local authority without being registered, the defendant
was not prevented by the orders from selling in the manner proved beyond the
limits of the local authority in which he was so registered, provided he did not
carry on a separate business outside such limits, which would in each case be a
question of fact and degree. Held (dismissing the appeal) that under the
circumstances the magistrate was right.

That the efficient administration of Section 95 of the Public Health (London)
Act, 1891, relating to the registration and regulation of houses let in lodgings
is a matter of extreme importance to the public health of London.
Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
(a) That the principle of compulsory notification should be extended to all
cases of pulmonary tuberculosis.
