The following is the form (a) of preliminary report as to the mode of subletting

The following is the form (b and c) of report as to (a) the result of Roomto-Room

measurement after it is resolved to register a Tenement House:—

House, (a) the result of Room-to-Room Inquiry, (b) the result of Rnomto-Room
measurement.

(b) Tenement Houses.— During the year 200 inspections were made for the
purpose of measuring tenement or lodging-houses which it had been decided to
register, and at the end of year 2,000 houses were upon the register,
2 having ceased to be registerable, and 188 having been added to the register.
Of these houses, 2,652 periodical half-yearly inspections were made, and 5,554
re-inspections after the service of notices. Also of the 212 dwellings entered in
the register of Inscribed Dwellings 42 inspections were made, and 79 reinspections
after the service of notices.
