Now therefore Notice is hereby given to you as such owner or occupier asaforesaid
that the said house or part of the said house must be cleansed, including
the removal of any wall paper and the purifying of any internal surfaces,
by you the said owner or occupier within seven days from the service of this
notice.

Unwholesome Articles in parts of Houses.
Certificate of Medical Officer of Health.
This is to certify that, articles in part of the house at
namely
are in an unwholesome condition, so that health is endangered thereby, and
require to be purified or destroyed.
Medical Officer of Health.
To the Occupier—
Whereas by a certificate made by the Medical Officer of Health of the Metropolitan
Borough of St. Pancras (the Council of the said Borough being the
sanitary authority in and for the said Borough of St. Pancras, in the County of
London) the said Medical Officer of Health has certified that articles in the part
of the house at
namely
are in an unwholesome condition, so that health is endangered thereby, and
require to be purified or destroyed.
Now therefore Notice is hereby given to you as such occupier as aforesaid
that the said articles in the said part of the house must be purified or destroyed,
and for this purpose the officers of the sanitary authority will enter and remove
the articles indicated by you for removal to be purified or destroyed to the
satisfaction of the Medical Officer of Health, and return the same to the said
premises at the expense of the sanitary authority.
