The following new Schedules were adopted of (A) Nuisances and (B) Breaches
of Statutes and Statutory By-laws, for the purpose of serving intimation
notices:—
A.—SCHEDULE OF NUISANCES.
1 Parts of a house in a dirty condition.

6 Absence of external ventilation to water-closet apartment.
7 Water-closet apartment so foul as to be a nuisance—dangerous to health.
