Introduction
I have the honour to present the sixth annual report on the
School Health Service of the London Borough of Wandsworth for
the year ended 31st December, 1970, having succeeded Dr. Tudor
Lewis who retired at the end of March.
As described in earlier Reports, the Inner London Education
Authority is responsible for the School Health Service but, by
virtue of an agreement under Section 32 of the London Government
Act, 1963, there is joint use by the Authority and the Borough
