FACTORIES ACT, 1961
Under Section 153 (1) of the Factories Act, 1961, the Medical
Officer of Health of the Council of any Borough or County
District is required in his Annual Report to the Council to report
upon and furnish prescribed particulars of matters under Part I
and Part VIII of the Act which are administered by the Council.
These particulars are given below in the form required by the
Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity : —
