Milk fat 3.61 per cent.
Nonfatty solids 8.78 per cent.
The average composition of the 39 samples of Channel Island and
South Devon milks was as under:—
Total milk solids 13.39 per cent.
Milk fat 4.30 per cent.
Nonfatty solids 9.09 per cent.
