REPORT OF THE MEDICAL OFFICER OF HEALTH FOR 1952
The average composition of the 12 samples of Channel Island and
South Devon milks was as under:—
Total milk solids 13.34 per cent.
Milk fat 4.33 per cent.
Non-fatty solids 9.01 per cent.
