Milk (Special Designations) Order, 1922 and 1923.
This Order came into operation on the 1st July, 1923, and
provides for issue of licences for the production and sale of milk
of different grades.
Licences were granted for the sale of Designated Milks as under :—

Samples of milk are procured in order to ascertain whether
the bacteriological standard is being maintained, and the following
Table shows the results of the examinations conducted during the
last three years.
