FOOD AND FOOD PREMISES.
The work in connection with food and food premises has
been re-organised during the year, as described on page 60, and
there are now two Inspectors carrying out these duties in the
Borough.
The following Table gives the number of food premises and
slaughter-houses in the Borough, and shows the number of
inspections made, the notices served and prosecutions taken.
