Report of the Medical Officer of Health.
Vaccination.
No vaccination or re-vaccination was performed by the Medical
Officer of Health under the Public Health (Small-pox) Regulations
during the year.
Table XXXVII is taken from the official returns of the Vaccination
Officers to the Board of Guardians for the year 1921. It shows
the number of children successfully vaccinated for the whole Borough,
as well as for the separate sub-districts. Streatham, Balham and
Tooting are included under the heading of Streatham.

The percentage of children vaccinated to total births was only
47.2, 50.1 in Clapham, 69 in Putney, 38.3 in Streatham, etc., and
54.8 in Wandsworth.
Scabies.
The names of 30 school children, eight from Clapham, two from
Putney, three from Streatham, five from Tooting, and 12 from
Wandsworth, who were suffering from scabies, were forwarded to
me by the Medical Officer to the London County Council, and the
homes were visited by the Sanitary Inspector. These children
