ANNUAL STATEMENT
Of the work done in the Borough of Wandsworth under the
Sale of Food and Drugs Acts, summarised from
the Statutory Quarterly Reports.
To the Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors of the Metropolitan
Borough of Wandsworth.
Sir, Madam and Gentlemen,
We have the honour to present the Annual Statement of the
work done during the year 1922 under the Sale of Food and Drugs
Acts.
The total number of samples submitted by the Inspector during
the year amounted to 1,989. Of these, 945 were taken with the
formalities required by the Sale of Food and Drugs Acts, whilst
1,044 were obtained informally.
The statement following gives the result of analyses of all articles
submitted.
In Tables A and B will be found the details of the articles grouped
together in the main statement under the headings Drugs and
"Other Articles."
