Authority under section 25 of the Housing,

The Medical Officer of Health.
Twelve sanitary inspectors, two of whom are specifically
engaged in house-to-house inspections.
In conclusion I am pleased to be able to report that during
the year under review the whole of the staff of the Department
have carried out their duties in a most thorough and conscientious
manner.
